- Several months have past since I purchased a 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 Crew Cab LTZ from Sedlak Chevy Buick Pontiac dealership. I am not only pleased with my purchase, I want to congratulate you on conducting a SUPERB business. Sedlak's Business philosophy certainly is an extension of your personality. Far too often the process of purchasing a new/used vehicle is not a pleasant experience, however when searching for a vehicle at Sedlak's I am met with a friendly smile, a warm handshake, enthusiasm and the willingness to meet my needs or expectaions. The employees who have daily contact with public seem willing to go out of their way to make the effort to purchase a vehicle, PLEASANT! Likewise, the employees who provide service in the shop/office are polite personable and perform their duties at a very professional level. Thank you for being an exception in a word that lacks integrity and does not know how to treat customers. Congratulations on leading such an outstanding dealership.

- When mice attacked our ignition wiring during a recent vacation trip to Wisconsin, we didn't know quite where to turn. Fortunately, our crippled vehicle made the 40-minute trip into Minocqua and we were lucky enough to find Deb Schultz at the Sedlak Chevy dealership. In spite of a busy service schedule, she managed to fit us in, find us a loaner to use for the day, and see to it that our wiring problem was repaired that day, so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. There is no way to measure what that kind of service means when you're away form home and you don't know who to trust or where to turn for help. We just want to say a special thank you to Deb and the others in the service department who treated us with such kindness and consideration. We will not forget it. We have shared our good experience with others in our family who regularly make the trip to the northwoods. While we hope the mice find somewhere else to have supper next time, your helped us make the best of a tough situation.
